Post Jam: Now it *actually* works!


Hello everyone! A couple of weeks ago we published Chibilization as part of the Indie Spain Jam. Unfortunately, we ran out of time halfway through development so what we ended up uploading was a bit of a mess. But, after spending some extra time adding missing features and ironing out the bugs, we finally have something resembling what we originally had in mind!

The theme for the jam was "De 0 a 100" ("From 0 to 100"), and we had this idea of creating a simple city builder where your main "currency" would be the years it takes to build (or upgrade) every new element. Basically, you start at Year 0 with only the remains of a now-forgotten civilization, and spend the following years creating your little empire and defending yourself from enemies, trying to survive until Year 100.

If you played the original version, we'd love for you to give the game a second chance, this time is actually playable from start to end (we promise!). And if this is your first time playing, we'll really appreciate any feedback and sincerely hope you enjoy the game ;)

It would be very exciting to be able to play beyond just 100 turns, and build up a real city (even if this goes against the original vision), would it be possible to add an "unlimited turns" mode?

I love the idea behind the game :)
